Continue to embed Quality First Teaching so that all pupils have the opportunity to make good or better progress and a higher proportion work at greater depth.
With our very high proportion of pupils with SEND, further develop the skills of our teachers and support staff.
Improving standards in children’s speaking and listening including use of vocabulary and confidence in everyday communications
Continue to monitor and develop the implementation and impact of the curriculum so that children increase their substantive and disciplinary knowledge.
Further improve our reading outcomes by enhancing teachers’ skills in their delivery of phonics and their use of Read, Write, Inc.
Further promote high attendance in order that year on year improvements that have been achieved, continue.
